Identifying and solving production issues such as material shortage (raw materials,equipment) machine malfunctions and other manufacturing problems Supervising company personnel to ensure that production plans are executed Training and evaluating company workers Conducting production reviews , analysing relevant data, and developing improvement plans . Raise ,investigate customer complaints and execute Quality Documentations (CAPA-Corrective Action Preventive Action) Monitoring due and overdue department quality management system (QMS) records. To ensure GMP and Haccp produre is followed and implemented and all documents are recorded and updated To Assist in Halal Certification as and when required
