Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries. Experience with project cost tracking and work-in-progress accounting is a plus. Proficient in SQL Accounting System or similar accounting software. Detail-oriented, independent, and able to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Description :
- Handle full set of accounts : AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
- Manage and monitor project costing and ensure accurate cost allocations.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and collection of accounts.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies for audit, tax filing (SST), and compliance matters.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
