You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and economical operation of the Engineering Department, supporting all other departments, and maintaining equipment, buildings, and grounds in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a University Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and / or Building Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a larger operation.
• Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water / waste treatment, or hydraulics is advantageous.
• Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Possess B0 Chargeman certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga is preferred.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English is required; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• This position is open to Malaysian Nationals only due to strict regulations by Malaysian Immigration and Manpower Department.
