About This Role

Passionate about health, wellness, and technology? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Executive to support the Product Manager in the day‑to‑day operations and development of the DEBI Wellness platform.

You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to coordinate product‑related tasks, assist with UI / UX activities such as wireframing and prototyping, manage documentation, analyse user feedback, and help ensure smooth project execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech‑savvy, comfortable working independently, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Support in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing product initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing product documentation, reports, presentations, and training materials.
  • Gather and organize user feedback, including summarizing insights for the product and design teams.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
  • Assist in creating low‑fidelity wireframes, mockups, and basic prototypes to communicate product ideas.
  • Contribute to improving the user experience by suggesting design refinements based on feedback and usability testing.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor features, and user needs.
  • Assist in testing new product features before launch and documenting findings.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Multimedia Design, UI / UX, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years’ relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with productivity tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of UI / UX principles and ability to use tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Tech‑savvy and willing to learn new software quickly.
  • Familiarity with mobile app or software development processes is an advantage.
