Responsibilities

  • Content Creation for Social Media : Help create engaging posts, videos, and promotional content for platforms like Facebook and TikTok to boost sales and promote the business.
  • E-Commerce Support : Assist with managing online platforms like Shopee, including updating product listings, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Data Entry : Use basic computer tools such as Microsoft Excel and AutoCount for recording inventory, sales data, and generating reports.
  • General Support : Assist with various tasks such as moving goods, maintaining cleanliness, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, AutoCount, and e-commerce platforms like Shopee.
  • Creativity and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok) for promotional purposes.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
