Creative Executive (MY)

This position will be based in our Malaysia office located in Mid Valley, KL.

We are seeking a self-motivated and talented Creative Executive with a strong background in editing, videography, photography, and content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the creative aspects of projects, with a particular focus on visual storytelling and content production. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your strong ideation abilities will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative strategies that captivate audiences and enhance brand presence.

What you will do :

• Create and execute engaging videography and photography content for The Smart Local Malaysia (TSLMY)’s media platforms
• Write scripts, copies and captions suited for the type of content being produced
• Edit videos with a strong sense of pacing, tone and storytelling for social media using industry standard tools and software
• Take on talenting and hosting roles
• Ideate, propose and develop fresh, creative content ideas and segments that are on-brand and have viral potential
• Conduct research and curate factual, relevant information that supports the content creation process
• Take full ownership to handle client and organic campaigns from start to end, working closely with project managers and content strategists
• Take on ad hoc roles to support the team
