About the role

Become the Assistant Sales Manager at SV PRESTIGE SDN. BHD. and help drive the success of our prestigious business. What you'll be doing

Assist the Sales Manager in setting and achieving sales targets for the team
Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their performance
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Assist with the recruitment, training and development of the sales team
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Sales industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team
