Penerangan pekerjaanMonitor and review all statutory documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016") and other relevant statutory requirements. Draft and prepare minutes for meetings of the Board of Directors. Liaise with external company secretary on statutory and corporate governance matters. Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor, ICSA, MAICSA, MACS or relevant qualification. Relevant experience preferably from Property Developer & Construction companies is an added advantage. Excellent command of written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
