  • Handle and process Part Surrender, Suspense, Maturity, and Direct Credit Facility transactions within stipulated turnaround times (TAT).
  • Create payments for approved cases.
  • Prepare correspondence and ensure letters are signed by authorizers and sent to agents, policyholders, or customers.
  • Ensure all cases are processed accurately and within TAT.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments and team initiatives as required.
