Payout Calculation : Acquire and track the RPS SO report data from global consumption insight team.
Calculate quarterly Intel component payouts to retailers and submit the calculation files (by using excel files) to the Retail Sales Manager for approval and review.
Coordinate with the component Retail Sales Manager (RSM) to address any data & payout discrepancies with customers and escalate feedback as necessary.
Once verified & approved by the Retail Sales Manager, submit the calculation files to the Retail Team Regional Lead for review and payment approval.
Accruals Management : Monthly tracking and analysis based on the cRetailer reporting cadence / cycle.
Compute quarterly accruals and provide explanations during Close meetings (AvP & QoQ) if fluctuations exceed the SOX threshold or if there is a variance of more than 50% for the region (for operational control purposes).
Stakeholder Management : Respond to queries from the Retail Team Lead regarding rebate calculations.
Obtain business drivers from the Retail Sales Manager for accrual purposes.
Payment Submission : Complete the CSAR template and submit payments through the CSAR portal after obtaining approval from both the Retail Sales Manager and the Retail Team Lead.
Supporting Intel sales and marketing team on any ad-hoc data and supporting analysis requirements for review purpose with Intel senior management to realign tactical decisions.
Calculation of Payout : Calculate payout to retailers on a quarterly basis and provide information to the Intel finance team.
Coordinate among Intel, Accenture, and Retailers to address any payout discrepancies.
