Salary : Base up to RM6,000 / month + Commissions

An internationally renowned European luxury fashion house is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join its flagship boutique team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with one of the world’s most iconic names in high-end fashion and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Retail Manager to drive sales performance and achieve ambitious targets.
• Lead, inspire and develop a team to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory control and clienteling activities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with VIP and loyal clientele, ensuring a world-class luxury experience.
