We are looking for a Service Manager-F&B Service (Banquet Manager) to join our team. The role involves energetic, vibrant, and multi‑skilled individuals who meet ever‑changing challenges and contribute to the resort’s success. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, the skills to perform, and a passion to delight.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation, management and overall performance of the Banqueting operations.
- Directly involved in the day‑to‑day running of these areas in connection with staffing, customer services and product quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers and support staff to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
- Oversee guest satisfaction, ensuring personalized service and resolving any issues professionally.
- Collaborate with the Chef to update menus and coordinate events.
- Manage restaurant financials, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
- Implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with hotel standards and policies.
- Be designated in charge of any area at any time and therefore must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.Proven experience as a Banquet expert.Excellent leadership and communication skills.A passion for customer service and attention to detail.Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and inventory control.Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.Must be a confident and tactful, strong team player.Good interpersonal and communication skill.Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.Seniority level
