About the role

SC FROZEN TRADING' is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team in Ipoh Perak. As a full-time Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and process customer orders, including order entry, invoicing, and order tracking
  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries, handle complaints, and provide updates on order status
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient and effective sales processes
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales-related databases
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed

What we're looking for

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and data management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
