Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop SSRS reports and business intelligence dashboards that meet business requirements, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and visually engaging.
- Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures to extract relevant data, optimizing performance and retrieval speed.
- Customize and configure the ERP system to align with specific business needs and user expectations.
- Gather requirements, perform data migration, and handle data cleaning, transformation, and validation from existing BI systems and Excel to Power BI.
- Support users with inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to Power BI.
- Develop and test Niix backup solutions to automate workflows and improve system efficiency.
- Work closely with users and vendors to define roles and functionalities for the SCP project.
- Collaborate with users on the SCP project to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements, ensuring vendor solutions meet both current and future needs.
- Develop custom programs and scripts, and configure ERP applications accordingly.
- Build user-friendly features and interfaces.
- Engage with internal users to understand customization requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors for advanced support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Provide timely support for end-users experiencing customization or technical issues.
- Deliver technical assistance and training to ERP users.
- Prepare progress updates and maintain documentation of ERP development and processes.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies and industry standards.
- Test and validate customized features to ensure they operate correctly and integrate smoothly.
- Document customizations, configurations, and debugging steps for future reference.
- Deliver training sessions to help users better understand ERP customizations and settings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent ERP performance across departments.
- Debug and fix technical problems, resolving software bugs within the ERP system.
- Manage MES user account creation.
- Provide first-level support for MES-related issues and train operations staff to handle incidents during and after working hours.
- Comply with UWC's Occupational Safety and Health policies and regulations.
- Consistently apply company policies, procedures, and shop floor rules.
- Uphold and maintain 5S practices within the IT Department.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT-related role.Proficiency in Power BI and MSSQL is required.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
