Responsibilities we entrust you with :
- Merchant Acquiring Risk Management expertise for the Malaysian market.
- Clear understanding of the local payment market.
- At least 3 years of experience handling merchant acquiring risk management processes.
- Knowledge of payment networks (Visa, MasterCard) for transaction processing.
- Good understanding of the chargeback process.
- Experience working with a Fraud Risk Management (FRM) tool for merchant acquiring.
- Ability to manage fraud risk rules by analysing various rules, trends, and insights.
- Collaboration with the data analytics team and management of transaction‑monitoring rules in the FRM.
- Assessment of merchant visit reports and underwriting.
- Conduct merchant investigations and prepare remedial actions.
- Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment.
- Preparation of Management Information System presentations with various data insights.
- Support in developing risk strategies and processes aligned with the bank’s customer‑first approach and strategic objectives.
- Collaboration with partner bank risk teams to build synergies.
