Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years\' experience, preferably in the real estate / property industry. Proven ability to drive revenue growth with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and strategic mindset with good market awareness. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates is highly preferred to liaise with related stakeholders). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided. (Remuneration Package : Basic salary + Commission). Performance bonus. Yearly bonus & salary increment. etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Support and guide the sales team in handling daily activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, sales reports, and presentations to track and drive performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and brand consistency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
