Production Worker (Packing Operator, Cleaner)
JOB PURPOSE
TASKS & RESPOSBILITIES
- Upkeep production equipment, apparatus and tools needed for production activities.
- Prepare raw material needed for production activities.
- Weigh and mix aromatic oils and chemicals to a predetermined formulation, strictly following a pre-determined formulation and in accordance to company procedures.
- Highlighting any problems encountered during the compounding process to the shift team leader or production manager.
- To ensure vessels are labelled correctly.
- To adhere to company manufacturing Health & Safety procedures, along with procedures specific to certain raw materials.
- Accurately complete all paperwork associated with a batch.
- To ensure all work areas are clean and tidy.
- To ensure all equipment to be used is clean and dry.
- Communicate any dangers in the workplace to the appropriate person.
- Additional duties as directed by the shift team leader.
