Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including workers, subcontractors, material suppliers and ensure quality, and timelines to meet project targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Ensure construction works are carried out as per construction drawings and specifications.
  • Responsible for planning and monitoring materials on-site, controlling materials wastage and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Attend site and project meetings with clients and contractors.
  • Report daily and weekly updates to the superior.
  • Conduct inspections and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Able to resolve any issues and conflicts that arise during the construction processes.
  • Conduct other duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
  • Minimum Diploma in

    • Civil Engineering, Construction Management

    , or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

  • Proficiency in

    • English, Bahasa Malaysia

    and

    Mandarin

    is a plus.

  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical plans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of

    • AutoCAD

    and

    Revit.

  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Available to start immediately (preferred).
  • Preferably possess a valid

    • CIDB Green Card

  • Safety certifications (First Aid, Working at Heights, etc.) are an added advantage
