The Opportunity

Our client is a leading provider of sensory experience solutions, shaping the future of interactive sensory technologies. They are currently seeking an Administrative Executive to be based in Senai, Johor .

This position offers the opportunity to oversee a wide range of administrative and operational functions that ensure smooth daily operations within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for office management, procurement, facility maintenance, employee accommodation, and coordination of company events and travel—contributing directly to organisational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

The Talent

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Familiar with manufacturing operations, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices.

The Job

Office & Asset Management

  • Manage and safeguard company stamps, ensuring proper storage, approval, and usage documentation.
  • Maintain accurate fixed asset records and handle timely procurement of office and departmental supplies.
  • Operations & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, facility upkeep, and coordination of meeting rooms and reception areas.
  • Supervise factory maintenance, including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and minor repairs.
  • Employee & Travel Administration

  • Manage employee dormitories, address feedback, and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements in line with company policies and maintain proper documentation.
  • Cost & Coordination

  • Implement cost control measures, monitor expenditures, and support administrative purchasing activities.
  • Organise company meetings, events, and production schedules to ensure effective interdepartmental coordination.
