Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for the Head of After Sales, located in Skudai. The Head of After Sales will manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure customer satisfaction in after-sales services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to drive service excellence, managing finances and budgeting for after-sales operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The role requires strong leadership and operational oversight to maintain high standards of service across all activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in After Sales Management to drive after-sales revenue and meet company targets.
• Team Management abilities to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing after-sales team.
• Analytical Skills to evaluate operational performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
