Job Description : Communications Manager

We are looking for a Communications Manager who can tell our story with impact, strengthen our reputation, and build meaningful connections with stakeholders. This role is about shaping how the world sees FatHopes Energy — from media and partners to our own employees.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic & Corporate Communications
- Develop and implement a communications strategy that aligns with our business and sustainability goals.
- Craft clear, consistent messaging to position FatHopes Energy as a trusted leader in renewable energy and ESG.
- Lead go-to-market communications strategy development, execution, optimisation, and monitoring to support product launches, growth initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support leadership with communication materials, speeches, and presentations.
- Build long term brand loyalty and strategic positioning of our brand
Media, PR & Stakeholder Engagement
Build relationships with media, industry bodies, and influencers.Lead the creation of press releases, articles, and thought leadership pieces.Manage reputation and communications during critical moments or issues.Amplify our sustainability initiatives to investors, regulators, partners, and the public.Internal Communications
Strengthen employee engagement through effective communication platforms and initiatives.Ensure staff are aligned with company vision, milestones, and values.Partner with HR and leadership for change communication and cultural initiatives.Digital & Brand Storytelling
Oversee the company's online presence across website, social media, and digital campaigns.Drive content creation from videos and graphics to impact stories that showcase our work.Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.Requirements
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.– 5 years' experience in corporate communications, PR, or media. (Experience in energy, sustainability, or technology industries is a plus.)Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).Experience managing media relations and digital communications.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Passion for sustainability, innovation, and making an impact.
