• Proven experience in video production, artwork design, or motion graphics / animation
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous creative work
• Ability to understand and execute project briefs
• Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
• Open to feedback and collaborative workflows
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Comfortable with per-project payment terms and payment after work is completed
