Job Description :

  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
  • Achieve sales target by evaluating & implementing new business opportunities.
  • Undertake new dealer developing and actively manage the relationship with current dealers
  • Support dealers in new shop openings and maintain good dealer relationships.
  • Develop & cultivate a pipeline of growth opportunities, manage opportunity health, identify gaps / new target market opportunities, and execute strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with strategic accounts to drive enhanced growth and profitability.
  • Identify market potential and market development activities.
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop new strategies and come out with marketing plans to generate more leads.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a Retail Line role in any industry.
  • Diploma / Degree or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Possess good planning, execution and analytical skills and able to articulate well.
  • Strong creative thinking and ability to create the right outcomes for the business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Good team player, self-motivated and continuously strive for improvement and enhancement.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customer), Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Understanding of the retail sales process.
  • Able to work within a tight timeline.
  • MUST be willing to travel frequently.
