Overview

Coordinate activities and responsible for the planning, implementation, sustenance, and continual improvement of monthly SHE assessment to all package contractors and ensuring compliance with OSH Management System and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct assigned SHE audit engagement successfully to all package contractors or other relevant parties.
• Identify and communicate issues raised to all parties’ concern and recommend solutions relevant to the business and risk.
• Ensure audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk.
• Develop audit checklists, audit programs, and testing procedures relevant to the business needs.
• Obtain and review evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well documented and without discrepancies.
• Ensure at all times adherence to auditing terms & conditions and relevant guidelines / standards.
• Issue nonconformance reports or Stop Work Orders for any identified nonconformance at project sites based on the seriousness of the risk.
• Liaise with local authorities, clients, independent consultants, and package contractors to resolve any SHE-related matter if required.
• Provide guidance and consultation internally within the project organization on SHE requirements and implementation.
• Manage the production of timely Monthly Safety and Health Performance Reports.
• Continually assess and evaluate the performance of package contractors.
• Conduct trend analysis on a monthly basis, recommend actions for improvement, and submit reports for the package under his / her coverage / assessment.
• Conduct or attend joint safety and health inspections with local authorities, clients, senior management, and package contractors.
• Interface and communicate with other departments on S&H requirements.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience (5 years and above).
