Create tailored development programmes for key talents and track their readiness for future roles. Utilize mentoring opportunities to support talent growth and career progression. Lead and monitor the training team to ensure content delivery supports business objectives. Foster a service-oriented mindset within the team by maintaining strong engagement with stakeholders and people managers.
Training Programmes
- Work with internal teams to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and define training content that addresses identified needs.
- Design and implement structured training programmes for employees at all levels, reviewing regularly to keep them relevant and effective.
- Oversee programme delivery and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Conduct HR Induction for new hires and ensure content remains up to date.
