Senior Network Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our global network infrastructure. The role involves overseeing critical networking projects, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of data, voice, and video networks, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex LAN, WAN, and wireless networks across multiple sites and cloud environments.
• Manage and optimize enterprise‑grade routers, switches, firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), and load balancers.
• Lead network architecture reviews and suggest improvements for scalability, performance, and security.
• Conduct capacity planning and ensure high availability of mission‑critical network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high‑level network issues and incidents with minimal downtime.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewall policies, VPN configurations, and access control.
• Oversee network monitoring systems and perform regular audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Cloud, DevOps, Security, Infrastructure) for integrated IT solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and diagrams for network infrastructure.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers and support teams.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery strategies involving network resilience.
