Requirement : -Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. -At least 5 years of relevant work experience in market development, business development, and drive revenue growth. -Exposure in Building Construction / Power Transmission / Power Transformation / Energy / Solar Energy / Electrotechnology / Electrical Engineering industry is strongly preferred. -Familiar with market development workflows such as power construction processes, international project information management, bidding management, contract management, etc. -Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong negotiation and presentation skills. -Priority will be given to those with relevant market customer resources.
