Job Responsibilities :
1. Customer Service :
- Greet and welcome customers warmly.
- Take accurate orders from customers and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and beverages.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
2. Food and Beverage Preparation (if applicable) :
Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and soft drinks.Assemble simple menu items, such as snacks or side dishes.3. Table Service :
Serve food and drinks to customers at their tables.Clear tables after customers have finished dining.Ensure table setups are clean and tidy for the next customer.4. Cashiering :
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process customer payments.Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.5. Cleanliness and Hygiene :
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, serving, and kitchen areas.Adhere to food safety regulations and company standards.6. Stock Management :
Replenish inventory for service areas, such as utensils, condiments, and napkins.Assist with stock checks and report shortages to supervisors.7. Teamwork and Support :
Assist colleagues in their tasks to ensure smooth operations.Support other areas of operations during peak hours or staff shortages.Requirements :
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.Previous experience in the F&B industry is an advantage but not mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Additional Information :
