Job Description :

  • Develop and implement robust contract administration policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency across all projects.
  • Lead the full tender lifecycle—from drafting tender documents to evaluation, negotiation, and contract award—ensuring alignment with project goals and procurement best practices.
  • Oversee the preparation of project cost estimates, monitor budgets, and track expenditures to maintain financial discipline and ensure projects stay within approved limits.
  • Negotiate contract terms with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes while minimizing risks and safeguarding the company's interests.
  • Evaluate and resolve contractual claims, variations, and disputes promptly and equitably, maintaining project momentum and stakeholder confidence.
  • Ensure all contractual activities adhere to statutory regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including project implementation, design, finance, and legal—to ensure contracts are aligned with project requirements and delivery expectations.
  • Champion initiatives that drive cost efficiency and value-for-money solutions, without compromising on quality, safety, or sustainability.
  • Track contractor performance, contract utilization, and financial commitments; deliver timely insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the contract administration team, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirement

  • Master in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (MRICS or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous).
  • Expertise in cost estimation, contract law, and financial management within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to foresee potential issues and resolve them before they escalate.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
