Job Description :
Develop and implement robust contract administration policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency across all projects.
Lead the full tender lifecycle—from drafting tender documents to evaluation, negotiation, and contract award—ensuring alignment with project goals and procurement best practices.
Oversee the preparation of project cost estimates, monitor budgets, and track expenditures to maintain financial discipline and ensure projects stay within approved limits.
Negotiate contract terms with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes while minimizing risks and safeguarding the company's interests.
Evaluate and resolve contractual claims, variations, and disputes promptly and equitably, maintaining project momentum and stakeholder confidence.
Ensure all contractual activities adhere to statutory regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Partner with cross-functional teams—including project implementation, design, finance, and legal—to ensure contracts are aligned with project requirements and delivery expectations.
Champion initiatives that drive cost efficiency and value-for-money solutions, without compromising on quality, safety, or sustainability.
Track contractor performance, contract utilization, and financial commitments; deliver timely insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor the contract administration team, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
Master in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (MRICS or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous).
Expertise in cost estimation, contract law, and financial management within the construction industry.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to foresee potential issues and resolve them before they escalate.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
