About the role

Alitec Solutions SDN BHD is seeking a talented Project Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of a variety of projects within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative and organisational support to project managers and teams
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Preparing and distributing project-related documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assisting with project planning, tracking, and documentation
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Performing data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the optimisation of project workflows

What we're looking for (Business accounting Graduates)

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or project support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management, business administration, or a related field would be an advantage
