Role Description
We are seeking an organised and performance-driven Assistant Ecommerce Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our ecommerce strategies across key platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to grow online sales, improve store performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Platform & Store Management
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of all ecommerce stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website).
- Maintain accurate product listings, prices, content, and visual assets.
- Coordinate platform campaigns and ensure timely execution of mega sale events.
Campaign & Promotion Execution
Support the planning and rollout of monthly campaign calendars, promotions, and product launches.Liaise with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for assets and banners.Track campaign results and assist in post-campaign analysis.Sales Growth & Optimisation
Monitor key performance metrics (conversion, traffic, ROAS, GMV, AOV) and suggest actionable improvements.Analyse competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer reviews for market insights.Assist in implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and upsell opportunities.Inventory & Fulfilment Coordination
Work with warehouse / logistics teams to ensure sufficient stock levels and smooth order processing.Monitor fast- and slow-moving SKUs and assist in replenishment planning.Flag out-of-stock and overstock risks to relevant teams.Customer & Platform Coordination
Assist in replying to customer inquiries and reviews professionally.Communicate with platform reps (e.g. Shopee PIC, Lazada AM) on campaign opportunities and platform updates.Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or online marketplace operations.Familiar with Shopee & Lazada Seller Centre; TikTok Shop experience is a plus.Familiar with basic campaign analytics, pricing strategy, and customer journey optimisation.Detail-oriented, organised, and responsive.Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Good Excel skills and basic data tracking experience.Bonus / Preferred Skills :
Experience in running platform ads (e.g. Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads).Background in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, ChatGPT, or Meta Ads Manager.Why Join Us?
