Job Responsibility
- To engage in sales-related activities.
- Attend to all matters about sales, from initial inquiry to the execution of all relevant documents.
- Participate in the company’s sales activities, such as coordinating and organizing property exhibitions, roadshows, launches, and private events.
- Ability to actively identify potential customers to meet the company's sales objectives.
- Provide after-sales customer service. Advise purchasers on bank loans and end-financing procedures.
- Assist in developing sales and promotional tools that appeal to the correct market segment.
- Ensure that the registrants / prospects database is regularly updated
- Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by / to the Sales Department and / or assigned by Management from time to time.
A remuneration package and position title will be offered based on the skill and experience in similar fields.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Real Estate Management / Property Management or equivalent.Able to communicate in Mandarin & English.Well-versed and knowledgeable in the overall sales documentation and agreement, AP / DL (Advertising Permit and Developer License) submissions, bank loans, MOT (Memorandum Of Transfer), etc.Team player with a pleasant personality and able to demonstrate initiative, resourceful, attention to detail, and able to work independently.Good communication skills, and interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Minimum 1 year of experience in the property sales industry.6 working days, and work on Public Holidays and whenever required.Job Benefits
