Responsibilities
Make an impact. Our Enterprise Service IT department develop and deliver IT solutions that are used across multiple platforms and countries. Consulting, conception and implementation to achieve the fitting business processes within our SAP landscape are as important as continuous support and improvement of our internal customers.
- Planning, provision and further development of the SAP system landscape and its monitoring
- Implementation of backup & recovery, upgrades, patches and extensions
- Implementation of system copies
- Setup of printers
- Maintenance of system documentation, system configurations, administration procedures and troubleshooting instructions
- Setup and monitoring of interfaces
- Troubleshooting and performance analyses in the entire context of SAP Basis
- Support SAP Consultants
- Creation of SAP GUI installation packages
