Penerangan pekerjaanSupport new product development (NPD) from ideation to commercialization. Conduct market research to identify trends, flavors, and customer preferences. Conduct product testing, sensory evaluations, and shelf‑life analysis. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure successful launches. Manage and analyze COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) to maintain profitability. Source and evaluate new raw materials or ingredients. Prepare product documentation, specifications, and improvement reports. Kopi Kenangan, a much loved coffee chain store with close to 900 stores across Indonesia; Kenangan Coffee Malaysia launched in 2022, where we now have more than 120 stores across Malaysia; Kenangan Coffee Singapore launched in 2023, where we now have 10 stores; and Kopi Kenangan Hanya Untukmu, our Ready‑To‑Drink FMCG subsidiary.

Working location : Damansara Utama, Malaysia
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Degree in Food Technology , Food Science, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in food or beverage R&D, preferably from FMCG or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of formulation, ingredient functionality, and product costing.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis; detail-oriented and organized.
- A curious, collaborative, and hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
- Fluent in English
