Overview

We are seeking an Offshore Programmer to support our business intelligence and reporting initiatives. This role involves writing efficient SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and developing interactive dashboards and reports in SQL Reporting Services and Power BI. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, collaborating with remote teams, and delivering reliable, data-driven solutions that support decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views to support reporting and analytics.
• Build and maintain SQL reports, Power BI dashboards, and datasets based on business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reports and queries.
• Document technical processes, queries, and reporting logic for future maintenance.
