Penerangan pekerjaanMaintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Merchandise Sales & Product Ordering Manage product ordering, inventory control, and stock replenishment. Ensure correct product assortment, pricing, and attractive displays. Inventory & Performance Monitoring Review and analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and retail KPIs. Prepare retail operations and performance reports for management. Budget & Vendor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms. Work with procurement to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (professional certifications in Retail Management or Supply Chain are an advantage). Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management , including 3–5 years in a managerial role . Strong background in merchandise sales, inventory management, and product ordering . Experience in managing multiple outlets or high-volume retail operations is preferred. Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and retail performance metrics.
