professional to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and customer service to our clients, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking customers. What you'll be doing Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email and chat Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of software and hardware issues Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and support tickets Escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation Educating customers on the use of IT systems and applications Contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes and procedures Job Requirements

What we're looking for Proven experience in an

IT helpdesk or customer service role , preferably in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both

Mandarin

and

English Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Proficient in using various IT tools and software applications Ability to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional customer service Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands Study in

IT related field. Prefer can start Immediately Right to Work Requirements
