Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required for preparing reports, presentations and financial analysis. Responsibilities
- Prepare and ensure accurate and timely reporting on monthly, quarterly and yearly subsidiaries management accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of the group’s consolidated financial statements, audited financial statements, annual reports and quarterly reports in compliance with statutory listing requirements.
- Compile group budget and forecast, performance monitoring and analysis reports.
- Review tax computation, quarterly revision and submission of tax returns.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and other stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the management.
