Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a maintenance engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Familiar with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, DOSH).
- Computer literate – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activities.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.Ensure maintenance quality, safety, and compliance.Manage tools, equipment, and maintenance costs.Supervise and train maintenance staff and contractors.Coordinate with relevant departments and report progress.Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the HOD.Benefits
