Background in SEO-conscious design and analytics-driven decision-making. Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar for user behaviour analysis.
Designer, UI / UX (New Marketplace Development)
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior UI / UX Designer to lead the design of our eCommerce platform , driving exceptional user experiences that align with business objectives. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion user-centred design at every stage of the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex eCommerce projects, from discovery and research to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.
- Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals.
- Advocate for best practices in UI / UX design, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey and improve conversion rates.
- Present design concepts and rationale to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the design practice.
