Business Development Manager – Malaysia (Remote)

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the forex or financial services industry, fluency in English and one or more Asian languages, and a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and driving business growth across Asian markets. This role is a key part of our regional expansion strategy and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast‑paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic business opportunities across key Asian markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and institutional clients.
  • Acquire new clients and support existing accounts to ensure long‑term growth and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and online forums.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt campaigns and offerings for local markets.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
  • Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and local compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and one or more Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Hindi, or others).
  • Strong understanding of forex markets, brokerage models, and trading platforms (MT4 / MT5).
  • Established network of partners, IBs, or clients in Asian markets is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel across Asia as needed.
