Job Description

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support for client needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Track account performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to drive product awareness.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in account management or sales within the FMCG industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• An understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify business opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
