Junior Technician (Computer Refurbishment)

We’re looking for a Junior Technician who is eager to learn, hands-on, and ready to support daily refurbishment operations.

• Perform basic diagnostics on laptops and desktops (hardware & software).
• Clean, inspect, and prepare devices for refurbishment.
• Replace common components such as RAM, SSD / HDD, batteries, keyboards, and screens (training provided).
• Install operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
• Test device functionality (stress tests, battery health checks, keyboard tests, etc.).
• Label, update records, and ensure accurate documentation of refurbished units.
• Assist with inventory management and organisation of parts and tools.
• Report issues or faulty components to senior technicians.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
