Site Supervisor

Qualifications and Skills :

• Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience.
• Fresh grad welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description :

• Supervising day-to-day construction site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth execution of construction tasks.
• Monitoring progress and preparing daily site reports, highlighting work completed, issues encountered, and resource usage.
• Inspecting workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved drawings.
• Liaising with the Project Manager and consultants to resolve technical issues and implement design changes when necessary.
• Ensuring proper documentation and handling of site records, including delivery orders, inspection checklists, and site instructions.
• Managing site logistics, including equipment, manpower allocation, and material deliveries.
• Prepare meeting reports
