Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Claim & Service Executive to join our operations team. This role is responsible for managing customer claims, handling defective products, and ensuring efficient coordination between outlets, vendors, and internal departments to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with retail outlets on customer claims and follow-up actions.
- Communicate with outlets regarding product defects and service issues.
- Handle and document quality control (QC) rejected products.
- Liaise with vendors to follow up on compensation or replacement for defective items.
- Prepare and process Credit Notes (CN) for outlets.
- Manage the disposal process for defective or rejected products.
- Support outlet closure and relocation operations by managing inventory and documentation.
- Process loose orders and coordinate internal product transfers.
- Ensure all claim and CN documentation is accurate and properly recorded in the system.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve claim-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
SPM / STPM / Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to applyStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good communication and teamwork skills.Experience in retail or merchandising is an advantage but not required.Must be willing to work at Kajang area.#J-18808-Ljbffr
