Our client is a leading player in the construction and engineering sector with a strong pipeline of landmark projects across commercial, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Due to project expansion, they are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join their team and lead all contract and commercial matters.

About The Job

• Oversee full spectrum of contract administration from pre- to post-award
• Handle tender submissions, contract negotiation, and value engineering assessments
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and final account settlement
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual and commercial issues
• Provide guidance to QS and contract teams to mitigate risks and drive cost savings

About The Manager / team

The successful candidate will report to the COO and will lead and manage a dynamic contract management team.
