Job Scope

• The service provided may include modules, design, analysis, development, documentation, testing and support work related to the module.
• Prepare and conduct Blueprint workshop.
• Design to be processed and identify any gaps.
• Document Blueprint document.
• Document meeting minutes.
• Identify conversion objects.
• Configure and unit test the system.
• Document the configuration.
• Document, resolve and escalate issues.
• Define conversion and cutover strategy for the module involved.
• Define conversion template.
• Test conversion programs.
• Monitor and manage data conversion activities on the module involved.
• Perform trial conversion.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW development.
• Define test scenarios and test scripts.
• Design and maintain user access, roles and authorization profiles.
• Conduct User Acceptance Test.
• Prepare key user training document.
• Conduct key and end user training.
• Perform final cutover.
• Post implementation support and issue resolution.
