About You

We have an exciting opportunity to join our business in the role of an Estimator / Scheduler to manage our projects in our Kuala Lumpur location. It includes projects in Malaysia, Singapore as well as some of our projects in Middle East. This person will be self-motivated and excited to work in a fast-paced growing global business working alongside some of the most influential brands. Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and price hardware specifications & Bills of Quantity (BOQ) from information provided by clients.
  • Produce specifications and Hardware schedules from Floor Plans and associated Documents.
  • Work alongside the sales team in Kuala Lumpur and Dubai to ensure accurate and commercially appropriate specifications.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, whilst maintaining the highest level of professional conduct.
  • Make suggestions to improve the procedures of the company, particularly those affecting the Estimating and Scheduling function.

    • Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Technical knowledge of Hardware (BSEN / ANSI).
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to act on own initiative & make decisions.

  • English (compulsory) Malay (optional) Mandarin (optional)
