Key Responsibilities : Accounting Duties :

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT / GST), and liaise with auditors when required.
  • Monitor and track company expenses and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software.

Administrative Duties :

  • Oversee general office administration and supplies management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service providers.
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files (physical and digital).
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in logistics documentation like delivery orders, shipping invoices, BLs, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an Admin / Accounts role, preferably in the logistics or transportation sectors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill

    Pay : RM2, RM3,599.93 per month
