Operation & Maintenance Technician (Central)

Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Equipment and facility upkeep : Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and repairs to keep systems and facilities running smoothly.
• Preventive and proactive maintenance : Carry out scheduled and condition‑based maintenance to prevent unexpected breakdowns, unlike reactive models that only respond to failure.
• Safety and compliance : Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Asset management : Manage budgets, track inventory of spare parts, and work to improve the overall reliability of company assets.
• Goal setting : Establish clear, measurable goals (e.g., SMART goals) to track progress and align maintenance efforts with business objectives.
